When the new owners of The Plaza, the world’s most iconic hotel next to New York City’s famed Central Park, decided to create a magazine to celebrate the reopening of the hotel after a roof-to-lobby renovation, they came to us. The result was an exceptional product, with elegant photography and incisive writing dedicated to presenting the remarkable history of an American institution as well as the sheer beauty of its renovated rooms and venues. Published twice a year, and distributed to hotel guests, residents of the hotel condominiums, and a highly select mailing list, the magazine has achieved instant recognition, winning Folio magazine’s 2008 Eddie Award as the nation’s finest custom publication distributed less than six times a year.
